Find peace and calm with breathing techniques and a guided meditation


Learn more about the causes for stress and anxiety, nature of mind
and how breath can be a powerful tool to releasing stress and being
simply Happy!


Like rhythms in nature, there are rhythms in our body. As we grow, we
fall out of these rhythms due to stress, and as a result, move away
from being our natural selves. Also, know more about breathing based
meditation- Sudarshan Kriya Yoga, a technique taught in Happiness
Program, that help restore our natural rhythms, de-stress as well as
energize our body.


This session includes-


Understanding of the nature of the mind
Breathing technique
A guided meditation
Introduction to Sudarshan Kriya and Happiness Program

This workshop is brought to you by the Art of Living Foundation.

home practice there will be a course offered in the coming days. Details
