Anxiety or negative #emotions can be caused by
multiple factors, including stress due to overwork, illness, a poor
diet, poor sleeping habits, emotional distress, sensitivity to noise,
replationships or simply the pressure to achieve a lot in a very short
time. Whatever be the reason, meditation and breathing techniques are
powerful tools to relax.
